Back to school. It’s that time again! A time of new beginnings, uncertainty, excitement, a whole mix of emotions, but also…stress! Making pre-prepped snacks and meals is a great way to help you manage your time, juggle your responsibilities, and make sure your family is well-fed.   1. Snack Storage ~ When meal prepping all of our back to school snacks, I like to have them separated into individual servings. This way the kids can easily just grab what they want. For dry snacks, I keep a basket in the pantry filled with all the little individual snacks. You could do the same in the refrigerator or use one of the drawers.


2. Shopping & Meal Planning ~ Meal planning is key to saving yourself time and stress! You can spend one day a month making freezer meals, pre-made lunches, snacks, and prepping meal ingredients. This is one of the best things I do to manage my time and stress.

3. Additional Snack & Meal Prep Ideas ~ Hummus and carrot sticks or pretzels, hard-boiled eggs, Homemade Freezer Waffles, muffins, frozen homemade french toast, breakfast burritos, overnight oats, peanut butter banana rollups, cream cheese chicken and salsa rollups, and homemade greek yogurt!
